NEW POSTAGE RATES.

Recently we advised that Australia Post had applied to the ACCC for an increase in postal charges. We now advise that the Minister for Communicatons has approved the new postal charges as requested by Australia Post effective from 1st July, 2026. The price increases are not dramatic but will effect the shipping of many orders shipped by Mustang Records but at this time there are no increases in the shipping cost for single standard CD and DVD orders. It is regret that we must pass on these increases and we have updated our shipping charges accordingly.

NEW SHIPPING INFORMATION REQUIRED BY AUSTRALIA POST.

From August 1, 2026 Australia Post requires a mobile telephone number or email address or both to displayed on the address labels of all parcels shipped through Australia Post. The majority of our customers already provide this information which is deeply appreciated, however, a small majority do not provide either a mobile number or email address. If this information is not provided Australia Post will not accept parcels, no exception. At Mustang Records we endeavour to ship out all orders as quickly as possible upon receipt of the order. Failure to provide the required information may delay the shipping of orders whilst we chase up this informaton so please provide this information when placing orders.

DIFFICULTY IN PLACING ORDERS.

It has come to our attention that some customers have difficulty in completing orders when wishing to use credit or debit cards. When placing an order and wishing to use a credit or debit card please click on the PayPal Express button and not the solo PayPal button (this button is only if you wish to make payment using your PayPal account). When you click on the PayPal Express button you will be redirected to another page where you can click on "Use another method" button situated below the PayPal solo button. You will then be redirected to another page where you can enter your credit or debit card details to complete your order. PayPal only acts as our Payment Gateway. Please ensure that you finalize payment by clicking on "Place order" button
